Surface

Stell 

Shot blast steel with Sa 2½ degree abrasive blasting according to ISO 8501-1. Roughness

profile should be 50 - 70 µm. Remove dust and abrasive residues from the surface. Ensure that the salt content is such that the conductivity is less than 30 µS.

Important: Do not leave the steel pickled and/or unprotected overnight.

Concrete

The concrete should have a minimum curing time of 28 days, a minimum tensile strength of 1.5 N/mm2 and a minimum compressive strength of 25 N/mm2.The System containing C-Pox TL735 NCA should be applied to clean, dry surfaces without mortar, oil, grease or other contaminants and with sufficient roughness. Mechanical preparation with a multi-purpose diamond disc machine, sandblasting machine or abrasive blasting is recommended. Substrate moisture

depth (with Tramex type meter) should not exceed 4%. CIN-CS Moisture Barrier 2000 or Cromodrol Sealer should not be applied on concrete supports subjected to hydrostatic back pressure except when applied over CIN-CS Moisture Barrier 2000 or Cromodrol Sealer.

Application

Add the hardener to the main component and mix with a mechanical mixer for 5 minutes. Do not make partial mixtures, use the entire contents of the container. After mixing, dilute as recommended. Good ventilation should be provided in enclosed areas to allow the solvent to evaporate during application and drying.
